The farm
At the Gruberhof in the small hamlet Gereuth in the Eisacktal valley the family Mitterrutzner Grandi welcomes you to a farm holiday.
The farm is located at 1,120 meters above the city of Brixen and away from traffic noise, amidst meadows and forests.
The sunny hillside of the hamlet offers a beautiful view of the nearby Dolomites, which since 2009 are UNESCO World Heritage.
Idyllic and quiet, the historic city of Bressanone is only seven chilometres away and invites you to stroll and shop.
If you want, you can actively participate in the peasant life, or passively in the style of a tour of the farm guided by us. We offer wild herb hikes and give tips for their further use.

Our apartment was completely renovated and furnished in the spring of 2018. From the rooms and the kitchen you can see directly to the Villnösser Geisler, the most famous Dolomite peaks in the vicinity.
The apartment combines traditional with modern comforts, so you will not miss anything during your family holiday on our farm. If you want, you can enjoy our breakfast basket every morning with home-made and local products or just the bread roll service.
Our own house bread that we bake in the traditional stone oven should not be missed anyway and is ideal for breakfast or the typical South Tyrolean "Marende" with cheese and bacon and a good glass of St. Magdalener wine from the nearby Bozen region.

The appartment
Equipment Apartment
Our new apartment is 76 m² large and can accommodate from two to seven people. It consists of two separate bedrooms – one with double bed, one with three beds –, a large kitchen with corner table and sofa bed and bathroom with shower.The apartment has its own entrance and from the kitchen you get directly into the garden with very special wooden chairs. Let yourself be surprised!
Sheets and towels are provided and are changed once a week. We also provide a cot and highchair for you.

PRICES and CONDITIONS
Prices
- The basic price for the apartment is depending on the season from 80.- and 120.- euros per night for two people.
- For each additional adult person we charge 20.- euros per night.
- Children's discounts:
- For children aged 6 to 17.99 the surcharge is 15.- euros per night
- For children aged 2 to 5.99 the surcharge is 10.- euros per night
- You do not pay for children under the age of 2 years.
- The surcharge for pets is 10.- euros per night.
The prices quoted are per day and apartment for a stay of 5 nights. For a shorter stay we allow us to charge 30.- euros for the final cleaning.
Deposit
We look forward to your reservations via e-mail or by phone. The reservation becomes valid as soon as the deposit has been settled by arrangement.
Arrival and departure
The apartment is ready on the day of arrival from 2.00 p. m., by appointment earlier and should be released for consideration of the next guests on the day of departure until 10.00 a. m.
Payment
Amounts up to a maximum of 2,000.- euros can be paid in cash, alternatively you can pay by bank transfer. As of January 1, 2024, we are obliged to collect a separate municipal tax of 2.40 euros per person aged 14 and over per night.

If you would like to take advantage of our breakfast offer, we ask you to order it before arrival and per person by telephone or email.
For 14 euros we serve:

For 10 euros we serve:
- Milk - coffee or herbal tea from the farm

- Yoghurt from local dairy farm Brimi
- Homemade dessert from the farm
For 6 euros there is for the little ones:
- Cocoa - milk or fruit juice
- 1 roll
- Homemade fruit spread from the farm
- Butter from local dairy farm Brimi
- Yogurt from local dairy farm Brimi
- Homemade dessert from the farm
